As we close off the fourth term, we reflect with immense pride on the impact made across our programmes. This term was filled with growth, achievement, inspiration, and strong partnerships that continue to shape the lives of the young people we serve.

“Empowering Youth In Water and Life” Through Our PYD Initiative

🌱 Skills Development Programme

71 learners from 5 schools

Our Skills Development Programme remained a cornerstone of our work this term. Each day, learners participated in structured sessions focused on life skills, confidence-building, discipline, and resilience through the various swimming skills taught.

A highlight this term was the identification of 10 learners to participate in the Nipper Programme. Of these learners, 6 successfully qualified, demonstrating commitment, courage, and growth both in and out of the water. This achievement reflects the power of early identification, consistent support, and opportunity.

📚 High School Programme & Academic Support

Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays,

20 learners from 6 high schools

Our High School Programme continues to show strong academic and personal development outcomes: - From our academic support programme, we achieved a 100% pass rate among participating learners. - Within our high school swimming pathway, two learners were upgraded from JLA to LA, a significant milestone that recognises both skill progression and dedication.

These results highlight how structured support, mentorship, and safe spaces positively influence learner performance and self-belief.

🏊‍♀️ Swimming Gala – A Morning to Remember

Our fourth-term swimming gala was another huge success, filled with excitement, achievement, and community pride. The event was made even more special by a visit from Hannah, an Olympic water polo athlete, who inspired our learners through her presence, encouragement, and shared journey.

Moments like these remind our youth that big dreams are possible and that role models matter.

🏕️ Summer Camp 2025

Our Summer Camp was a powerful way to close the year.

The camp focused on: Team building and leadership; Reflection and personal growth; Strengthening peer relationships and Creating safe, joyful memories.

The camp environment allowed learners to disconnect from daily challenges and reconnect with themselves, their peers, and positive role models.

Henley MBA Partnership Project

This term, we were privileged to engage with a Henley MBA team on a strategic project supporting EcoActive’s growth and sustainability. Their work included a 360° reputational and stakeholder assessment, in-depth research, and evidence-based recommendations.

The project provided valuable insights into: - EcoActive’s strong community trust and programme impact - Opportunities to strengthen governance, communication, and visibility - Strategic pathways to increase sustainability and long-term impact
